So this is one of those rare opportunities were the owner of the car actually knew a great location! Chris and his Civic EK, which was amazing btw, had this great location near Puyuallup. This old saw mill had been beaten up and hit with paint balls. The sun was setting giving the background this really cool feel.

I’ve actually had the chance to shoot several Nissan Skyline’s over the year. This GT-R is an R33 owned by the guys at JDM Imports Direct. This was shot outside some feed mill in Tacoma, the best part about this was the ground was just covered in bird poop. True fact. Pretty gross.

This is a picture from the first ever feature I was actually contracted to do, for Import Racer. Not the first issue to print (I had a feature in Euro Tuner that actually printed first). I really like this shot mainly because it looks like a brochure shot.

This is the actual cover shot of an Import Racer magazine feature I did of Mario Chan’s Celica, John Morimoto’s Integra and Dave Fotheringham’s Scion. I actually had a total of 4 features in that magazine, the 4th being Erik Allas’ Impreza RS.
