Johnny Ngo’s BumbleBee Celica

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

So, this guy has dedication. Johnny Ngo is from the bay area, and his car was finished a little late for him to make entry in a car show here in Seattle. However, he still made the drive up here to make promise on having me shoot it. It all paid off for us as the car was featured on the cover of Performance Auto and Sound. This would make it my 5th cover. This shot, was shot on Yesler Bridge over I-5.

Drew’s VW GTI

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

Take a long hard look at this car while you can. It doesn’t exist anymore, as far as you know, this is just a figment of your imagination. Not too long after I shoot his car for this feature, he got into a really bad accident and the car was pretty much totalled. Drew was made an amazing recovery and wish him the best. The pictures were eventually shot for Performance VW magazine, based in the UK.

Seattle at Rush Hour

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

You can really only get this picture during the winter, the traffic with the sunset and the city make this image. It was freezing cold, but I managed to get a good shot of the city at Sunset with a great sunset.

The Ultimate Seattle

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

There are times of the year where a photographer waits for that ONE shot that will make him happy. This could be one of those moments. It was a warm day in Seattle, it had rained the previous days (which cleans up the air here) and the moon was supposed to be out in full effect.

Pike Place Market and Seattle

Sunday, April 27th, 2008

If you were standing in the middle of the street by Pike Place Market, turned to look at the city, this is what you would see. Sun was setting, the market was empty, but the signs were on, so this was a shot I wasn’t gonna miss.
